Let Your Career Thrive with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for Technical Documentation Coordinator at FAIRVIEW, North Carolina 28730. As a Technical Documentation Coordinator, you will : Responsible for supporting the manufacturing and process development teams by managing the administrative aspects of manufacturing builds and ensuring technical documentation is properly drafted, formatted, published, and maintained within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Specification & Documentation Format, publish, and manage technical documents, specifications, and work instructions in accordance with company and industry standards. Ensure all documentation is properly controlled and published within the Quality Management System (QMS). Collaborate with process engineers and subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and update technical content. Support audits and compliance activities by ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible. 2. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and documentation processes. Support the digitization of manufacturing process documents Participate in cross-functional meetings to support project planning and execution. Provide feedback and recommendations for process enhancements. 0-10%; Candidate will travel between Fairview, NC and Arden, NC locations within the same day. However, most of the time they will be dedicated to working the entire day at either location.

Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing, engineering administration, or technical documentation preferred. Someone with experience in Quality Documentation in manufacturing environment with at least 1+ years of experience Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with QMS platforms and document control best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems. Experience with CAD drawings and modeling a plus.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
