Job Description
Our Client, a Technology company, is looking for a UX Writer & Content Designer (II) for their New York, NY location.
Responsibilities:
As a UX Writer & Content Designer you independently deliver high-quality design for end-to-end user experiences that are part of an overarching project or program. You influence or evolve product vision by contributing to a cohesive product narrative with minimal assistance. You address low-to-medium complexity user challenges by leveraging established writing and information design patterns, principles, and delivering practical and/or creative ways to fix them. You apply your working knowledge of your craft, including UX principles, user-centered product development methodologies, and research tools. You work with minimal guidance to complete work such as analyzing or anticipating the needs of a diverse global audience, iteratively improving writing and information design based on UX testing and partner/stakeholder input and helping to create innovative UX solutions to defined user, product, and business problems. You proactively identify, define, and communicate issues through patterns and frameworks that create consistency. You demonstrate the ability to design products and develop UX solutions that result in a coherent product, platform, or user experience including the ability to question and assess the execution, craft, longevity, and scale of designs. You uphold design standards such as writing patterns that successfully guide the user through and within the product. You collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-team peers across the company. Plan and prioritize own design work in alignment with larger project goals. Identify opportunities to expand responsibilities within the immediate product team. Collaborate with others to help identify opportunities to improve Product Excellence for all users, such as localization and accessibility. Use and help propose key data and metrics to evaluate product impact. Understand the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry (e.g., competitors) by collaborating within the team when developing design solutions. Help create innovative UX solutions to defined user, product, and business problems. Adapt to evolving writing and design constraints and communicate rationale of choices related to solutions. Establish holistic UX processes, systems, frameworks or patterns within a team or product, and assist in performing design and testing processes with minimal guidance. Apply or adapt UX frameworks for user experiences, including principles, patterns, and systems. Leverage standard writing and design tools to help visualize ideas or develop mock-ups or prototypes. Tailor deliverables to product or platform requirements with minimal guidance. Identify and follow design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines. Help create UX solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business objectives. Iteratively improve UX based on research and stakeholder input, and help provide input and feedback to engage stakeholders on product writing and design to achieve product goals, with minimal guidance. Analyze or anticipate user needs, pain points, or gaps in language comprehension. Through collaboration with others, identify defined problems and highlight possible solutions within the constraints of strategy, product, or technology. Create concepts for informing product ideation and/or user research/testing or conduct research with minimal guidance to inform UX. Help gain support for user experiences through principled and well-reasoned or data-driven UX choices, and identify challenges and questions.Requirements:
