Address 550 Sunnyside Road State PA City Bedford ZIP Code 15522 Shift First Overview Provides administrative support to the engineering team in data entry and the part number set-up process. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Collaborates with internal teams to create new items from customer quotes. Works with engineering and quality team on any deviation requests. Maintains documents in Docuware and ERP system. Updates Product Tracking spreadsheet. Creates and maintains folders for drawings and customer part numbers. Prepares documents for APQP and PPAP. Creates Development Job Orders, tracks, adjusts dates and close. Trained to be back up for Laser Programmer. Reviews quote package and works with Engineering for integration to production. Collaborates with production supervisors to identify training needs and map out training plans for production employees. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Job Skills Requirements Detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to navigate multiple computer programs. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Comprehensive experience with Microsoft office products and other software associated with assigned work. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Educational Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Technical Associates Degree preferred. Experience Requirements Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
