(MCi) , a well-established engineering firm in El Paso, TX , is seeking an experienced AEC Proposal Coordinator to support our growing workload on a contract, project-based basis . This role is ideal for a skilled proposal professional who has hands-on experience developing winning proposals for engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technical services firms , particularly in response to RFPs/RFQs for public or private clients. You will work closely with our leadership and engineering teams to transform technical expertise into clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals that help drive new business. Key Responsibilities Review RFP/RFQ documents and develop complete, compliant proposal responses Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to gather technical content Draft executive summaries, technical approaches, past performance, and other proposal sections Edit and proofread for clarity, accuracy, formatting, and consistency Manage multiple timelines to meet firm submission deadlines Qualifications Proven experience writing proposals within the engineering, construction, or AEC industry Strong understanding of public and/or private RFP/RFQ processes Ability to translate technical information into client-focused narratives Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills Comfortable working independently on a contract/project basis Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, SharePoint, or proposal management platforms (preferred) Position Details Contract / project-based (not full-time) Remote (Texas-based candidates preferred) Flexible workload depending on proposal volume
