Job Description:
LifeSci Advisors, the leading healthcare-focused investor relations firm in the U.S., is seeking an Associate to support strategic communications and investor relations programs for public and pre-commercial biotech and medtech companies. This is a client-facing role suited for an early- or mid-career professional looking to build expertise at the intersection of life sciences and capital markets. Key Responsibilities Draft and edit press releases, including corporate, regulatory, and earnings announcements. Support quarterly earnings processes, including conference call planning, script drafting, and Q&A preparation. Assist in developing investor relations plans and executing on key milestones. Deliver exceptional client service with strong responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, finance, communications, or related field. Demonstrated relevant experience (investor relations, equity research, healthcare communications, consulting, or related internships). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight timelines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free materials. Working knowledge of capital markets and ability to interpret scientific and clinical data.
