Associate Proposal Writer:

Develop, compile, and edit proposal responses to RFIs, ITBs, RFQs, RFPs, and other solicitation documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Sales, Operations, and Legal to gather and validate content. Manage proposal content library, ensuring materials are current, accurate, and aligned with company messaging. Produce graphics and visuals that adhere to brand standards to enhance proposal presentation. Ensure all proposal responses meet client instructions, quality standards, and deadlines. Associate Proposal Writer:

Undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, or Communication. 4+ years of professional writing experience. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and proposal management software like Response or Loopio. Experience using AI writing tools with good judgment in refining content.
