This position will play a vital role in assessing and approving draw requests and contractor progress billings for our clients. The role involves careful attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify the overall scope of the construction/renovation work. Review the completeness and adequacy of the draw documents, i.e. Schedule of Values, back-up invoices, drawings (if provided), etc. Analyze and opine on the budget provided by the borrower/lender. Provide an opinion as to the reasonableness of the borrower's schedule to construct. Review change orders for execution and completeness, if applicable. Identify deposits and offsite materials being requested. Review and opine on General Contractor Lien Waivers. Manage a full schedule of draw inspections within your designated area/s. Complete entry-level reports using 1099 consultant picture takers.
Qualifications:
High-level understanding of financials (SOV, cost tracking, billings, lien releases, etc.) OSHA certification preferred. Ability to safely navigate an active construction site if required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., Monday, Modelogix). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and reports. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience Required:
Construction Project Management:
3-5 years experience Extensive knowledge of construction and lending practices. Experience in reading construction drawings, finish schedules, etc.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time:
40 hours per week Hybrid role: Must be able to work from home and commute weekly to our Tigard office at least twice per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Possibility of full remote once properly trained.

Depending on experience

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
