What You'll Do:
Be the main point of contact for law firm clients in the first few weeks after their transition to SmartAdvocate. Triage and troubleshoot various categories of post-live issues, —including data conversion, integrations, training, and technical support. Quarterback problem-solving bycoordinating with our Training, Support, and Development teams to bring rapid resolution to post-live issues. Help clients feel confident, supported, and happy with their new system. Pitch in on internal projects like beta testing, knowledge base contributions, and process improvement.
What You'll Need:
5+ years as a personal injury paralegal or law firm office manager using a CMS OR 5+ years in training/implementation/support for a legal CMS.
Tech comfort:
Excel is your friend, and if you know a scripting language, even better. Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, business, or related experience preferred. This role can be onsite, hybrid or remote. Remote employees are expected to travel to the NY office one week a quarter for All Hands meetings. In addition, initial training may require at least 2 weeks in person.
