Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end‑to‑end state government RFP responsesAnalyze and interpret RFP requirements to ensure complianceWrite, edit, and finalize proposal narratives with strong grammar and clarityCoordinate proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverablesPartner with subject matter experts and a contract manager (no legal drafting required)Follow established proposal processes and detailed workflowsPresent proposal content and strategy to executive leadership
