293355373 Job Description Our agency client is looking for a proposal writer to assist their team! This is a fully remote freelance position starting late April through the end of 2026 (roughly 20hrs/week but may vary slightly each week). In this role, the marketing proposal manager will be responsible for:

• Developing marketing proposals and RFPs for clients in the government, energy, transportation, public works sector
• Collaborating with proposal managers and designers to ensure formatting is correct and deadlines are met
• Copyediting and updating other marketing collateral as needed, including content, resumes, etc The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience developing proposals/RFPs for city or state government clients, or AEC private sector
• Experience managing multiple proposal deadlines and working collaboratively with multiple contributors
• Excellent writing and copyediting skills
• Experience working in an agency/consulting firm environment
• InDesign experience is a plus but not required #LI-SR3 In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
