- . This is an onsite position at Raytheon in McKinney, TX.
- What You Will Do
- + Create and maintain technical manuals, including content addressing system functional theory, operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, schematics, and illustrated parts breakdowns, utilizing system product information, compiled technical reports, drawings, and parts lists + Research technical documentation, engineering personnel input, and other subject matter experts to design effective learning and documentation solutions + Develop and maintain operations and maintenance training technical content, including presentations and accompanying materials + Assess engineering change data for impacts to existing technical content + Deliver instructor-led classroom training to stakeholders as required + Conduct training sessions and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and materials + Interfacing with the DoD customer and international partner to optimize products and solutions in support of achieving maximum Operational Readiness and compliance to contractual requirements as well as establishing open communications and building trust + The role will require domestic and international travel (up to 30%) •Qualifications You Must Have•+ Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.

) + Experience writing to military specifications and familiarity with radar, sensor systems, or other advanced electronic systems, particularly within DoD programs + Experience in Mil-Spec/S3000L logistics support data development + Experience in Mil-Spec/S2000M provisioning data development + Experience in Mil-Spec/S1000D integrated electronic technical manual development + Experience in Technical Illustrations and Graphics development + Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Adobe (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker, etc.) and Microsoft Office 365 applications + Training Specialist Certification, or equivalent training expertise, with a self-driven approach to ownership of training- What We Offer

Onsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. + This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. - The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
