job summary: Elevate your career as a pivotal scientific voice in a high-impact, remote role. You will serve as the primary medical expert, ensuring the integrity and clinical accuracy of promotional campaigns and brand concepts. Working from a state-of-the-art virtual collaboration hub, you will bridge the gap between complex science and commercial strategy, influencing how critical disease state information is communicated to the healthcare community. This position offers the unique chance to lead medical sign-offs and provide proactive guidance during the early stages of material development. You will collaborate cross-functionally with legal, regulatory, and commercial partners to drive efficiency and maintain scientific excellence across all brand tactics.

Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $45.00 - 51.17 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Doctorate responsibilities: Serve as the lead Medical Reviewer and final sign-off for all promotional and non-promotional materials. Guarantee the clinical accuracy, relevance, and objectivity of medical and scientific data. Provide proactive medical guidance to commercial partners during early-stage brand concept and campaign development. Advise commercial colleagues on the development of proper product and disease state claims. Collaborate with Medical Affairs Directors to align promotional tactics with overarching medical strategy. Attend and lead medical review meetings, offering expert feedback in a cross-functional group setting. Maintain deep expertise in disease pathophysiology and the competitive therapeutic landscape.
qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of direct experience in a medical review role within the pharmaceutical industry. 1-5 years of experience in clinical practice, academic research, regulatory/scientific, or MSL environments. Advanced health science education or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven ability to learn, interpret, and convey complex medical information effectively. Proficiency in electronic material review systems and remote collaborative tools.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
MD, PharmD, or PhD highly preferred. Specific expertise in Gastroenterology and/or Immunology therapeutic areas. Previous experience within Medical Affairs or Medical Information departments. Prior experience as a lead Regulatory or Medical reviewer for promotional materials. #LI-ST1 skills:
