Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Perform quality control on incoming requests, monitor, and process requests to closure
• Generate new actions based on incoming requests
• Communicate and coordinate actions with stakeholders
• Analyze and summarize key points relevant to government decision makers
• Collect and compile information to report statuses and metrics
• Assist in implementing operating methods to improve information processing, distribution, and process controls.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 years of experience as a technical writer with a Master's degree OR 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 4 additional years of experience might be substituted for a Bachelor degree
• Experience with Drafting, formatting, and facilitating coordination of SPFs.

Clearance Requirement

• Active TS/SCI clearance with PolyPhysical Requirements
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
• Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as, the copy machine/fax machine/computer/printer.

The projected compensation range for this position is $97,100.00

• 161,900.
