About Kor Nutra Kor Nutra is a nutraceutical gummy manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality, safe, and effective dietary supplement products. Our team is passionate about combining great taste with precise nutritional science, and we hold our quality standards to the highest level from raw material intake through finished product release. About the role We are looking for an organized and people-oriented Documentation & Training Specialist to help us build and maintain the operational foundation of Kor Nutra. You will work closely with each department to capture how work gets done, turn that knowledge into clear written processes, and then train team members to follow them consistently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, communicates clearly in both Spanish and English, and understands the importance of documented processes in a regulated manufacturing environment. Documentation responsibilities Partner with department leads to observe, capture, and document workflows and operational processes Write clear, accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process guides for each department Maintain a centralized, version-controlled document library accessible to all team members Review and update existing documentation regularly to reflect process changes or regulatory updates Ensure all documents meet internal formatting standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements (FDA c

) Support QA team with documentation needed for audits, inspections, and certifications Training responsibilities Design and deliver department-specific training programs based on documented processes Conduct onboarding training for new hires across departments Schedule and track recurring training sessions to ensure ongoing compliance and competency Develop training materials including guides, checklists, slide decks, and short video walkthroughs Assess training effectiveness through follow-up evaluations and feedback collection Maintain training records and completion logs in accordance with FDA cGMP requirements Qualifications Proven experience in technical writing, editing, or process documentation within a professional environment. Strong proficiency in Visio for creating detailed process diagrams and flowcharts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Skilled in proofreading to ensure error-free content that meets organizational standards. Adept at research methods to gather comprehensive information on processes and procedures. Proficient in word processing tools such as Microsoft Word; familiarity with other document management systems is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Education, or related field 2+ years of experience in documentation, process improvement, training, or quality roles Fluent in both Spanish and English — written and spoken (bilingual is required for this role) Strong technical writing skills — ability to translate complex processes into simple, clear instructions Experience writing SOPs or work instructions in a manufacturing or regulated environment Organized and self-directed — comfortable managing multiple departments and deadlines remotely Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) Nice to have Experience in nutraceutical, food, or dietary supplement manufacturing Familiarity withFDA 21 CFR
