Job Description:
Support documentation requirements for manufacturing activities. This includes creating or revising protocols and SOPs, formatting documents effectively, researching, tracking and logging process improvements and tracking and trending of operation metrics. Editing, writing and streamlining of manufacturing protocols, SOPs and other documents to support client or Internal procedures. Formatting documents and critical thinking of end user requirements. Initiate and execute change controls and capas and contributing to site metrics for timely issuance of procedures and closure dates for change controls and capas. Meet with stake holders on revision changes, facilitate meetings and communicate progress and issues to leadership. Research submissions for procedural process improvements and provide recommendations to leadership. Perform data entry and Track and Trend with basic analysis and report presentations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Associates or Bachelor Degree desired Pharmaceutical Experience or other Regulated Industry desired Minimum 2 years of related experience required Working knowledge of MS office required Working knowledge of Tech Writing required Working knowledge of researching and compiling data required Strong organization and prioritization required Ability to work independently required Strong written and verbal communication required
