Analytics Full Job Description Position Overview:
Cornerstone Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Video Producer & Editor to lead the end-to-end creation of engaging digital content. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video and podcast content that brings our brand story to life across platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. You'll play a key role in shaping our content strategy—combining strong storytelling, technical production skills, and platform-specific expertise to create content that drives engagement and brand growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning projects from concept through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple video and podcast projects from concept through final delivery Own and produce recurring content series, including podcasts Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for digital and social platforms Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and interview frameworks Plan and coordinate production logistics, including scheduling and technical setup Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment in studio and on-location settings Edit both short-form and long-form content, including motion graphics, sound design, and color correction Produce and edit podcast content across video and audio formats Optimize content with compelling hooks, headlines, captions, and thumbnails Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to align content with campaigns Analyze content performance and identify opportunities based on trends and audience insights
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5+ years of experience in video production, editing, and digital content creation Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong experience with video storytelling and editing techniques Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience producing and editing podcast content Familiarity with After Effects, Riverside, and Vimeo Experience creating content for B2B audiences Background in financial services, banking, or consulting Skills & Expertise Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking Advanced video and audio editing skills (including mixing, EQ, and noise reduction) Knowledge of platform-specific content strategies and social media analytics Understanding of SEO for video and podcast content Ability to operate professional-grade production equipment Highly organized with strong workflow and project management skills
