Job Description

Seeking a producer for "Godland," a sci-fi/drama short film by an award-winning filmmaker, that takes place during an apocalyptic event on America's birthday.
Logline:
Follows a mother struggling to save the lives of her children when an invisible catastrophe threatens children all over the country.
Production states:
"My previous short, 'The Day of,' about a mother on the phone with her daughter during a school shooting, has screened at festivals worldwide and earned multiple awards. Godland continues in that same vein: restrained, observational filmmaking that uses intimate personal catastrophe to say something true about the world we're living in. The film is a political allegory about American complicity and the people this country requires us to forget."
