Optibot, our first multi-agent system, serves as a thoughtful code review agent that flags issues line by line and fixes them. Optibot identifies security vulnerabilities, technical debt, and compliance risks with full codebase context, while cutting PR cycle times and improving engineering velocity. Paired with our Engineering Insights Platform, teams get real-time analytics on code quality and productivity across every repo. The Role We produce a lot of content — engineering leader dinners, a live show, LinkedIn videos, event recaps, and product content — and we need someone who can make it look great and move fast. You'll own the editing and production side of our content engine, working closely with the team to turn raw footage into polished, on-brand content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and social. This starts as a one-month contract trial. Based on performance, it transitions into a full-time role. How We Work High ownership, high output. Everyone on the team owns outcomes end-to-end. What You'll Do Video Editing Edit long-form YouTube videos (interviews, live show episodes, event recaps) from raw footage to publish-ready Edit short-form clips for LinkedIn and social from long-form content Add captions, lower thirds, b-roll, transitions, and on-brand graphics to every piece Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all content Content Production Work from a content calendar and manage your own production queue against deadlines Collaborate with the team on hooks, cuts, and packaging to maximize engagement Create graphics and social assets using Canva or similar tools to support content drops Bonus Help manage and maintain the content calendar across platforms Support with thumbnail design and video SEO (titles, descriptions, tags) What We Offer One-month paid contract trial transitioning to full-time based on performance Remote, full-time role with a fast-moving team Direct line to the founders Front-row seat at one of the most interesting companies in the AI dev tools space
Minimum Qualifications:
What We're Looking For 2+ years of video editing experience — portfolio required Proficiency in CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro, or equivalent Strong eye for pacing, hooks, and what makes content actually get watched Comfortable with Canva and AI tools for design and production Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once PST availability — you need to overlap with our North American team during core hours Startup experience or comfort with ambiguity is a strong plus Optimal AI is building AI-powered agents for engineering, risk, and compliance teams, helping them automate pull request reviews, security compliance, and risk investigations. Our flagship product, Optibot, reduces engineering bottlenecks by automating PR reviews, while Complybot and Riskbot streamline compliance and risk workflows.
