Job Description

Job Description End-to-End Video Production •
Full Lifecycle Ownership:
Own projects from initial concept, script-writing, and storyboarding through filming, editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery. •
On-Set & Field Production:
Direct, shoot, and light high-quality video content. Handle camera operation, studio/field lighting, and professional audio capture in both controlled studio environments and on-location settings (e.g., corporate events, trade shows, active medical clinics). 2. Post-Production & Narrative Editing •
Story-Driven Editing:
Craft compelling narratives from raw footage, interviews, and b-roll, ensuring strong pacing, emotional resonance, and a clear message. •
Audio & Color Mixing:
Ensure broadcast-quality sound design, audio leveling, and professional color grading across all video assets. •
Platform Optimization:
Format and optimize video content for a variety of channels, including our website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and internal company presentations, adhering to specific aspect ratios and export specs. 3. Collaboration & Brand Alignment •
Talent Direction:
Interview and direct on-camera talent—ranging from healthcare providers and patients to internal executive leadership—ensuring they feel comfortable and deliver natural performances. •
Cross-Functional Partnering:
Collaborate closely with creative directors, product marketing, copywriters, and project managers to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. •
Asset Management:
Maintain, organize, and archive the internal video library, raw footage, and project files to ensure seamless team workflows. Experience:
3-5+ years of professional video production and editing experience, preferably within a corporate, agency, or B2B SaaS/Healthcare environment. Need to be an excellent video shooter and editor! •
Portfolio Requirement:
An exceptional showreel/portfolio demonstrating strong narrative pacing, clean sound design, multi-camera editing, and excellent framing/lighting capabilities. •
Software:
Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve), along with Photoshop and Illustrator for basic asset preparation. •
Gear Knowledge:
Advanced technical proficiency with professional cinema/mirrorless cameras (BlackMagic), multi-point lighting setups (modifiers, interview lighting), and audio capture equipment (lavaliers, boom mics, field recorders). •
Project Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping timelines, move quickly without sacrificing cinematic quality, and gracefully handle constructive feedback. •
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable commanding a set, interviewing subjects, and pitching creative concepts to leadership.
