Digital Media Creator

This position is a hands-on creative role centered on content development, branding and storytelling. At Dive Rite you will work closely with our marketing team to create, manage and continuously evolve our brand presence through video, photography, graphic design and packaging design. You will help define our voice, strengthen engagement and ensure consistent messaging across all channels—both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing Capture both short-form and long-form video content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent software for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook Create and manage an effective video file storage system Photography & Visual Assets Capture high-quality images of products, projects, people, and events Edit and optimize photos for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency Create and manage an effective photo file storage system Graphic Design & Layout Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Produce a wide range of marketing materials, including magazine advertisements, product spec sheets, catalogs, infographics, trade show displays, email graphics, advertisements, banners, and social media assets Product Packaging Design and develop product packaging that aligns with brand identity while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency Collaborate with marketing, production, and vendors to ensure packaging meets quality standards and production timelines Create and prepare print-ready artwork, deadlines, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all packaging materials

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
