Duties Coordinate and manage all aspects of video and audio production projects, including planning, scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery Lead a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and graphic designers to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project completion Oversee post-production processes utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools Develop creative concepts that align with organizational goals and audience engagement strategies Manage social media content calendars by producing captivating videos and audio clips optimized for various platforms Ensure technical quality standards are met by reviewing raw footage, sound quality, color grading, and visual effects Maintain equipment inventory, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay updated on emerging multimedia production trends Collaborate with communication teams to craft clear scripts and technical documentation that enhance storytelling clarity Qualifications Proven experience in video production, editing, and post-production workflows using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Suite applications Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret project requirements into compelling visual content Excellent writing skills for scripting, storyboarding, and technical documentation Bilingual abilities are a plus for creating content in multiple languages or translating materials Demonstrated expertise in social media management and digital content strategy Knowledge of journalism principles to produce accurate and engaging news or informational videos Technical proficiency in video editing, color correction, sound editing, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and related tools Ability to interpret client or organizational feedback effectively to refine creative outputs Experience in technical writing for multimedia projects is desirable Join us as a Video and Audio Production Manager to craft impactful stories that inspire audiences worldwide!
