SUMMARY The Integrated Content Creator is a key member of Planit's Content Studio, collaborating closely with the Creative Team and Agency Producer to concept, capture, and craft high-quality visual content across a range of platforms. This role combines hands-on production and post-production expertise, encompassing shooting video and still photography, lighting and directing on set, and editing final deliverables for digital, social, broadcast, and internal use. From branded content and social campaigns to interviews, case studies, and broadcast spots, the Integrated Content Creator owns projects from pre-production through delivery. They are fluent in the entire content creation process, encompassing concept development, camera operation, lighting, sound, editing, color correction, and finishing. They thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring creative energy, technical precision, and storytelling instincts to every project.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Concept, plan, and execute video and still photo shoots, including camera operation, lighting, audio, and direction on set. Edit and color-correct video projects ranging from short-form social content to broadcast and long-form brand stories. Retouch and edit still photography for use across campaign deliverables. Develop motion graphic elements and integrate them into live-action content. Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure creative alignment and brand consistency. Maintain strong organizational practices for footage, assets, and project files across shared storage systems. Stay current with evolving creative trends, camera technologies, and software to continuously elevate the work. Support new business efforts and agency marketing with self-promotional and case study content.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Design, or equivalent professional experience (3+ years). Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One. Proven experience behind the camera—DSLR/mirrorless and cinema systems, lighting setups, and on-set direction. Strong storytelling and visual composition skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities. Enthusiastic problem solver with a hands-on, proactive approach.
