Job Description
Moderator As a Moderator in our dynamic and fast-paced team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our online platform. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of social media etiquette to monitor and moderate user-generated content. This is a contract position based in Akron, Canada, with a competitive salary of $900 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform, ensuring that it adheres to our community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate any issues or violations to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve community guidelines and moderation processes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to online moderation
Requirements:
