This is not a "stand around and hit record" role. You should have a good eye, move quickly, and know how to make everyday moments feel intentional and engaging. We value quick turnaround times — you don't need to be chased down for deadlines, and you take pride in getting polished work out the door efficiently. You'll be filming on-site at residential and commercial installations in Bend and surrounding areas — then editing that footage into short and long-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

What You'll Do Film on-site across Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver Capture installs, team in action, before/afters, and quick walkthroughs Edit and produce both short-form clips (Reels, Shorts) and longer-form video from the same footage Work with footage shot on iPhone and Sony cameras Create platform-optimized content designed to stop the scroll and keep people watching Help develop a consistent visual style and voice across our content Bring a social media vision — produce content with intent, built to grow reach, drive engagement, and convert followers into leads Whom We're Looking For You love video. Local to Bend or nearby — on-site travel to job sites is required Solid video instincts: framing, movement, lighting Comfortable editing long-form video and cutting it down into short clips and highlight reels Can shoot on pro gear or a high-end phone — both welcome Understands what performs on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Self-directed, reliable, easy to work with — stays organized and hits deadlines without hand-holding Thinks strategically about social — not just what looks good, but what actually grows and converts
