Part Time Video Editor

Responsibilities Edit raw footage into engaging videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro. Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance storytelling. Manage and organize media assets using Adobe Bridge, FTP systems, and content management systems for efficient workflow. Collaborate with creative teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality results on time. Apply color correction and photo editing techniques utilizing Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, or Adobe InDesign for integrated projects. Create compelling animations and 2D/3D visuals using Cinema 4D, Maya, or Adobe After Effects to add depth and engagement. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and technical specifications for various platforms. Experience Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects across social media, marketing, or film production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Bridge. Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Cinema 4D, Maya for advanced editing and animation tasks. Knowledge of photo editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Capture One for integrated photo/video projects. Experience with post-production workflows including color grading, sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects. Understanding of videography fundamentals including filming techniques and equipment handling is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
