Overview A Washington, DC/Baltimore post-production boutique is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team! This role involves editing engaging video content for a variety of formats for broadcasting, social and podcasts. The ideal candidate must have strong narrative and technical skills and also have complimentary skills of either motion graphics, color correction or directing. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with great personal skills who enjoys collaborating in a team environment. Responsibilities Edit video footage into polished final content Meet projected deadlines and maintain brand style Collaborate with team members on creative ideas Qualifications 3-5 years of video editing experience Willingness to try new things and adapt to new techniques and AI workflows is a must Strong attention to detail and creativity Proficiency with Premiere, Avid Media Composer, After Effects Salary is commensurate with experience Bonus Skills Experience working with clients Directing Motion Graphics Generative AI About Us Cerebral Lounge is a creative production studio specializing in motion graphics, video editing, finishing, color correction, production and video podcasts.
