Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to bring project concepts and creative vision to life. Organize and manage media assets, project files, and content archives. Perform color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency across projects. Incorporate music, voiceovers, sound effects, and audio mixing into final deliverables. Create title cards, lower thirds, and supporting graphic elements as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards. Participate in creative reviews and efficiently implement feedback. Export and deliver final assets according to platform-specific technical requirements. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and post-production. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional video editing experience. Experience working in a commercial, agency, media production, or similar professional environment. Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of video editing fundamentals, including pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual flow. Experience with color correction and color grading workflows. Strong audio editing skills, including dialogue cleanup, music synchronization, and audio mixing. Familiarity with file formats, codecs, and delivery specifications, including H.264, ProRes, MXF, and related formats. Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating a range of editing styles and project types. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects. Experience with Adobe Audition or other dedicated audio editing software. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for advanced color grading workflows. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for creating edit-ready graphics. Experience editing social-first content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Understanding of broadcast and streaming platform technical requirements. Experience with 3D software, compositing, or visual effects workflows. Drone operation or camera production experience.
