Real Estate Content Creator (iPhone Filming) - Austin, TX Rivo Locators is a fast-growing apartment locating company helping renters find the best apartments in major cities across the U.S. We're expanding our presence in Austin and are looking for a Content Creator to help capture apartment tours and property amenities for our social media marketing. This role focuses on filming short-form vertical content using a smartphone . Our marketing team handles editing — we just need someone who can capture clean, steady footage of properties. Responsibilities Visit apartment communities across Austin Film vertical video clips of amenities (pool, gym, lobby, coworking spaces, etc.) Capture 1-2 clips of apartment interiors when available Record smooth pan shots of property features and common areas Send raw footage to our marketing team after filming (no editing required) Requirements iPhone or smartphone with strong video quality Reliable transportation to travel between properties Comfortable filming short-form social media style content Organized and able to follow a simple shot list Reliable and responsive with scheduling Compensation $25 per property filmed Filming only — no editing required Most filming sessions include multiple nearby properties Schedule Flexible schedule Filming typically takes 20-40 minutes per property Who This Role Is Perfect For Content creators building a portfolio College students studying media, marketing, or communications TikTok or Instagram creators who enjoy filming lifestyle content Someone looking for flexible side income About Rivo Locators Rivo Locators helps renters find apartments through a combination of local expertise and social media-driven marketing.
