Digital Production Manager

Are you a storyteller with a passion for digital excellence? Cool Spring Baptist Church in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a Digital Production Manager to lead our live-stream worship and video content creation. This is more than a technical role; it is an opportunity to use your creative eye to capture narrative-driven testimonies and ministry stories that communicate our mission and values.

What You'll Do:

Tell Meaningful Stories:

Identify, capture, and produce compelling video content (testimonies, ministry highlights, and documentary-style pieces).

Lead Live Production:

Oversee all aspects of Sunday live-stream worship, including filming, audio, lighting, and editing.

Build Community:

Lead in recruiting, training, and mentoring an already capable team of production volunteers, fostering a healthy and reliable team culture.

Manage Technology:

Maintain current high-quality production systems and stay current with filmmaking and digital trends.

Who You Are:

A committed follower of Jesus with a heart and vision aligning with Cool Spring Baptist Church.

Experienced in video production, live streaming, and editing software (Final Cut Pro, ProPresenter, etc.).A creative visionary who understands pacing, tone, and emotional engagement in visual storytelling.
