Project:

We're producing a sizzle video capturing the final stages of a brand new office build-out in Beverly Hills. Footage will be cut into a 60-90 second hero piece for internal and web use, plus a social splice. This is the first of 4-5 shoot days over the next 6-8 weeks, with potential for ongoing work for the right shooter.

What We Need:

• Cinematic, editorial-style B-roll of the space — architectural details, natural light, textures, wide establishing shots, and intimate detail work
• Coverage shot in 16x9 with social-friendly framing in mind (we'll splice for vertical)
• Clean, stabilized tripod, handheld and/or gimbal work
• Self-sufficient operator who can read a space and tell a visual story without heavy direction

Gear Requirements:

• Pro cinema or full-frame mirrorless (FX3, FX6, A7S III, R5, or equivalent)
• Gimbal
• Tripod
• Prime and/or zoom lens kit appropriate for interior architectural work
• Audio not required (no interviews on this shoot)

Ideal Candidate:

• LA-based, owns gear, can self-deliver footage
• Strong reel showing architectural, real estate, hospitality, or brand work
• Reliable, professional, easy to communicate with on-set
• Available for additional shoot days through July (a plus, not required)

Deliverables:

• All raw footage delivered via hard drive or cloud transfer within 48 hours of wrap Properly organized and labeled files
