Play-by-Play Broadcaster & Camera Person/Technical Director CIH Media Los Angeles, CA Job Details Contract $50 - $55 a day 12 hours ago Qualifications Camera operator experience Video shooting Broadcast cameras Video production Assistant camera operator experience Full Job Description Hockey play-by-play broadcasters and camera persons are needed for the 2026-2027 LA Kings High School Hockey League season.

• Must be able to work as a local in the Greater Los Angeles Area, Santa Barbara and/or Bakersfield
• Must be able to commit to weekends through March 2027 for this season
• Game times vary from starting as early as 11am to as late as 9pm, and are held on Friday, Saturday, and the occasional Sunday.
• Games are held at any of eight venues: Toyota Sports Performance Center in El Segundo, The Cube in Santa Clarita, LA Kings Iceland at Pickwick Gardens in Burbank, LA Kings Iceland at Paramount in Paramount, LA Kings Iceoplex in Simi Valley, Ice in Paradise in Santa Barbara, The Reseda Ice Skating Facility in Reseda, and Valley Children's Ice Center in Bakersfield.
• Compensation is $55 per game, plus mileage depending on travel distance.
• Games will be streamed live on CIH Media.
• Multiple positions are available, including play-by-play and camera operator/technical director.
• Video and audio production knowledge are recommended; training will be provided.
• Must be able to provide own transportation.
• We are looking to expand our base of contractors in the area and working this season could lead to further opportunities for future event assignments in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
