Job Description
Freelance Videographer 310 Social is looking for a reliable freelance videographer to film content for our clients throughout Los Angeles. We exclusively work with contractors, construction companies, developers, real estate agents, and brokers. We are looking for someone who can consistently capture clean, professional footage that meets our filming standards. This is a freelance (1099) contractor position, not a full-time employee role. Responsibilities Film short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Capture construction projects, remodels, property tours, luxury homes, project updates, testimonials, and talking-head videos Follow filming instructions provided by our team Work directly with clients on-site in a professional manner Capture clean, stable, high-quality footage Upload and organize footage after each shoot Arrive on time and communicate effectively with our team Requirements Experience filming social media content Experience using both iPhone and Sony cameras Understanding of proper framing, camera movement, exposure, and audio Reliable transportation throughout Los Angeles Professional appearance and attitude Strong communication skills Ability to follow instructions and execute efficiently on-site Preferred Experience Applicants with experience filming any of the following will be strongly preferred: Contractors Construction companies Home remodeling companies Real estate developers Real estate agents and brokers Luxury residential projects New construction projects ADUs and additions Position Details Freelance / 1099 Contractor Hourly Pay Flexible Schedule Consistent Filming Opportunities Los Angeles and surrounding areas About 310 Social 310 Social is a Los Angeles-based social media management and content agency specializing in the construction and real estate industries. We help contractors, developers, agents, and brokers grow their brands through professional content creation and social media management.
