Content Creator / Videographer (Full-Time or Part-Time)About Us We are a fast-growing construction and remodeling company with four brands specializing in luxury home remodeling, ADUs, custom homes, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, and outdoor living. We are looking for an energetic, creative Content Creator who lives and breathes social media and can help build our brands online. If you're always thinking about the next viral Reel, know how to capture great content, and enjoy creating videos people actually watch, we'd love to meet you. Position Full-Time or Part-Time Monday-Thursday (Friday optional) In-office and on job sites throughout San Diego County Responsibilities Film high-quality videos at active construction projects Take professional before-and-after photos Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos Edit engaging, fast-paced videos using current trends Create funny, entertaining, and educational construction content Film office culture, meetings, events, and behind-the-scenes content Capture customer testimonials and project walkthroughs Create content for all four company brands Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms Help grow followers and engagement organically Update project photos and videos on company websites Organize and manage all photo and video files Work closely with our sales, project management, and marketing teams to plan content Qualifications Experience creating social media content that gets engagement Strong videography and photography skills Excellent video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube trends Creative mindset with attention to detail Comfortable filming on construction job sites Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bonus Skills Drone photography/video Motion graphics Graphic design Website content management Experience in construction, real estate, or home improvement marketing Equipment Personal camera equipment is a plus but not required. Experience using professional cameras, gimbals, wireless microphones, and drones is highly preferred.
