We work with contractors, HVAC companies, plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, and other service businesses across San Diego. Responsibilities Travel to client locations throughout San Diego Capture high-quality video and B-roll Review content plans before shoots Communicate professionally with clients on-site Upload and organize raw footage after filming Represent the Motivus brand professionally What We're Looking For Reliable and professional Comfortable working directly with business owners Strong communication skills Looking for long-term growth, not just occasional gigs Owns a Sony A7III, A7IV, FX3, or similar Sony mirrorless camera Why Join Motivus? How It Works Phase 1: Project-Based We'll start with a few paid shoots to make sure we're a good fit. Phase 2: Monthly Retainer Once proven, you'll receive guaranteed monthly shoots and a long-term partnership.

Are you available to work Monday through Saturday when needed? Typically, the shoots last 2-6 hours max. Average shoot per client is 3-4 hours. Are you comfortable with a schedule that changes week to week based on client availability? Most shoots range from 2-6 hours and typically take place Monday through Saturday. The schedule varies based on client availability, so some days may have no shoots while others may have longer shoot days. Most shoots are scheduled before 6 PM. Are you comfortable with that level of flexibility? What are your career goals over the next 3-5 years?
