The Work Full real estate media packages (photo, video, drone, floorplans) Agent on camera social reels (script, direct, shoot) Professional drone content on premium homes Typical shoot window: 2-3 hours. Fast paced, efficient, systemized.

Gear:

Full professional kits provided. Sony mirrorless, DJI drones, gimbal stabilization. You show up ready to shoot. Compensation Hourly + tips, with strong volume upside during peak season. Part-Time (3-4 weekdays): $3,000-$4,000/month

Full Time Booked:

$6,000-$7,000/month Peak Season with Overtime + Bonuses (April-August): $8,000+/month
