This is not an entry-level content role. We are looking for a creative professional who understands branding, storytelling, and how to visually position athletes for collegiate recruitment at the highest level. You will be responsible for building the visual identity of a competitive football program through premium social media content, athlete branding, and recruiting-focused media. Core Responsibilities Capture and produce high-end content across practices, workouts, and team events Develop elite social media content for athlete exposure and program branding Edit high-quality short-form and long-form creative content Organize and manage all digital media assets Work directly with staff to support recruiting exposure strategy Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms What We're Looking For Proven experience in videography or sports content creation Strong editing ability (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) Portfolio demonstrating high-level work (REQUIRED) Strong creative vision and understanding of modern sports branding Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-managed Sports/football experience preferred but not required if portfolio is elite
