This isn't just someone who records videos. I'm building a personal brand alongside my film company, JAPB Network, and I need someone who understands how to capture moments that feel cinematic, luxurious, mysterious, and social-media worthy. You'll be my go-to camera person for lifestyle content, fashion campaigns, behind-the-scenes moments, public reaction videos, and creative shoots. I'm looking for someone I can text and say: "Meet me at 5 PM. Bring your camera." Responsibilities Capture cinematic vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Photograph lifestyle and fashion content for Instagram carousels. Film public reaction content in malls, restaurants, shopping centers, city streets, hotels and other public locations. Capture behind-the-scenes footage during photoshoots and film productions. Record detail shots, walking shots, slow-motion footage and environmental b-roll. Help identify creative locations that match the outfit or concept. Assist with lighting setup when needed. Organize and deliver RAW footage within 24 hours whenever possible. Occasionally edit a few quick teaser reels (editing experience is a plus but not required). Equipment Required Applicants must own professional equipment, including: Mirrorless camera capable of high-quality photo and video Professional lenses Gimbal or stabilizer Tripod Continuous LED lighting Softbox or portable lighting for lifestyle shoots Wireless microphone (preferred) Reliable transportation The Ideal Candidate You're someone who notices details. You understand luxury branding. You know how to make simple locations feel cinematic. You're comfortable filming in public. You aren't afraid to capture genuine public reactions naturally. You're dependable, creative, punctual and open to trying bold ideas.
