Videographer (on-site)

Company Description Madhouse Media is a premier real estate media agency based in the Florida Panhandle, serving Panama City, 30A, and surrounding areas. We provide high-end cinematic video and brand content that makes listings stand out and helps agents dominate their market.

Role Description ( MUST live near or around the PCB/30A area) This is a contract, per-project role for a Videographer at Madhouse Media. You will be responsible for the on-site execution of high-quality property videos, including cinematic walkthroughs and social media reels. This is a "shoot-only" role—your focus is entirely on capturing the best possible raw video assets and uploading them to our team for post-production. As the face of Madhouse Media on-site, you will provide a professional, high-energy experience for our realtor partners.

Qualifications Experience:

Strong background in the video space (real estate experience is a plus, but not required if you have a great eye for movement and technical mastery).

Primary Equipment:

Must own a Sony or Canon camera capable of shooting 4K at 60fps.

Preferred Equipment:

Ownership of a wide-angle lens and a gimbal is a major plus but not strictly required.

Drone:

FAA Part 107 Drone Certification is preferred. If you don't have it yet, we are open to working with you and providing compensation to help you get certified.

Technical Skill:

A strong eye for composition and smooth camera movement

Workflow:

Ability to upload all raw video assets to Dropbox and the end of every shoot day

Logistics:

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Panama City, Panama City Beach, 30A, and surrounding areas.

Professionalism:

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with high-end clients.

Initiative:

A self-starter who is coachable and willing to follow the specific Madhouse Media style. Less experience but hungry to learn? We're not closed off to that. If you've got the right attitude and a genuine drive to grow, reach out anyway — there may be a path forward.

Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
