Responsibilities Film engaging and professional real estate videos on location, capturing both interior and exterior shots that emphasize property appeal Operate professional filming equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, drones and audio equipment for agent walkthrough videos Collaborate with Hawk Visuals team and real estate agents to understand their vision and specific property highlights Maintain organized files of footage Work with outsourced editing team for photos and videos Qualifications Proven experience in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or similar video projects Ability to operate professional filming equipment and accessories effectively Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera angles, and storytelling principles in videography Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while adhering to deadlines Join us as a Freelance Real Estate Videographer and help transform property listings into compelling visual experiences!
