Videographer / Video Editor Full-time, In-office Fallston, MD $45,000 to $55,000 per year

We are hiring a full-time Videographer / Video Editor to join our in-house team in Fallston, Maryland . This role is built for someone with a strong social media mindset who can confidently handle both production and post-production . You'll work directly with our Media Director to create content across a variety of formats, including short form social videos, podcasts and clips, ads/promos, and YouTube content . We are looking for someone who understands how to create content that performs, not just content that looks good. That means knowing how to build strong vertical videos, create compelling hooks, improve retention, move quickly, understand trends, write effective captions, and recognize what performs across platforms. Responsibilities Shoot and edit video content for social media and digital platforms Create short form vertical content optimized for performance Edit podcast content into engaging clips Produce promotional videos and longer form content Contribute creative ideas and content concepts Package content for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn Collaborate directly with the Media Director on planning and execution Help maintain a fast turnaround without sacrificing quality Review content performance and apply learnings to future projects Qualifications Strong editing skills and good visual taste Clear understanding of social media content trends and best practices Ability to shoot and edit at a high level Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong creative instincts and attention to detail Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong team fit Portfolio required, social media examples strongly preferred Additional Details Full-time, in-office role in Fallston, MD Occasional local travel for shoots Standard business hours, with occasional shoot days outside normal hours

Compensation:
