As a Video Operations Lead , you will be responsible for owning the execution of live and recorded sports video capture across multiple environments. This is not a standard videographer role. This is for someone who takes full ownership , thrives under pressure, and ensures that every event is executed at a professional, reliable, and scalable level. You will be a key part of delivering the video infrastructure that powers athlete exposure, recruiting visibility, and elite-level content. Taking Ownership Lead on-site video operations for games, events, and tournaments Transport, set up, and manage multi-camera or automated video systems Ensure all equipment is fully operational before, during, and after events Execute video capture with precision, consistency, and zero-miss mentality Troubleshoot issues in real time and make quick, confident decisions Maintain clean, organized workflows across multiple events and locations Communicate clearly with internal team members, event staff, and partners Represent the brand professionally in front of clubs, coaches, and families What Success Looks Like Events run smoothly with no missed footage or technical failures Equipment is always organized, prepared, and ready to deploy You operate with urgency, ownership, and attention to detail You become someone the team can trust to handle full execution without oversight Requirements College Degree Must own or lease an SUV (or similar vehicle) capable of transporting equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, high-speed internet connection at home Availability to work all weekends (core to the role) Strong attention to detail and operational discipline Excellent time management and organizational skills Punctual, dependable, and consistent Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, changing environments Strong communication skills and professional presence Knowledge of sports and game flow Preferred Traits (What Sets You Apart) Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve independently Process-driven with a mindset for efficiency and scalability Team-first mentality with leadership potential Pride in delivering high-quality work every time Why This Role Matters You are directly responsible for the quality of the product our athletes, families, and partners rely on .
