Various customer job sites throughout the greater Sacramento area Job Summary Bailey Boys Services is looking for a creative, tech-savvy content creator to capture real field footage of our exterior cleaning crews in action. This is a local, field-based role. We will give you the address of an active customer job site in the greater Sacramento area, and you will drive yourself to that location to film and photograph our crews working. Job sites may include residential homes, commercial buildings, managed properties, and other local customer locations. You will not be performing the cleaning work. Your role is to capture the process, the crew, the before-and-after results, and the satisfying transformations that make great social media content. Content will be used for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and our website. What You'll Do Drive to assigned customer job sites throughout the greater Sacramento area. Capture video and photo content of Bailey Boys crews performing exterior cleaning work. Film services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and solar panel cleaning. Capture before-and-after shots, process clips, crew interactions, equipment setup, and finished results. Use smartphones, cameras, gimbals, microphones, drones, and other content gear as needed. Edit footage into short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Facebook, and website use. Add captions, hooks, music, cuts, and pacing that fit current social media trends. Film safely and professionally without disrupting the crew, customer, or job-site workflow. Keep footage organized and easy for the company to reuse. What We're Looking For Experience creating video content for social media, brands, businesses, personal projects, or client work. Strong understanding of short-form vertical video, including hooks, pacing, captions, trends, and editing style. Experience editing with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar software. Comfortable using cameras, smartphones, gimbals, microphones, and basic content gear. Drone experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable driving to different customer locations throughout the greater Sacramento area. Personable, professional, and comfortable interacting with field crews and occasional customers. Safety-conscious and comfortable working around active job sites with ladders, hoses, vehicles, tools, and equipment. Reliable, responsive, organized, and able to show up on time for scheduled field shoots. Must be local to the greater Sacramento area. Schedule & Pay Part-time position. Approximately 8-16 hours per week. Typically 2 days per week. Field hours vary depending on active job-site scheduling.
Pay range:
$30.00-$35.00 per hour, based on portfolio, editing ability, drone experience, and reliability.
