You should be comfortable filming yourself, following simple concepts, and delivering natural, authentic content that converts. ✅ What You'll Do Film short-form videos (5-30 seconds) for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts Follow provided scripts or create your own variations Deliver multiple takes, hooks, and angles per concept Record clear audio and clean visuals using your phone or camera Bring energy, personality, and authenticity to each video Submit raw footage (editing is a plus but not required) What We're Looking For Comfortable on camera with strong presence and personality Ability to deliver natural, non-scripted, UGC-style content Understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and storytelling Good lighting, framing, and audio quality Ability to follow direction and hit deadlines Bonus (Not Required) Experience creating TikTok ads or UGC content Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) Ability to improvise hooks or test different angles Deliverables 2-5 video variations per concept Multiple hooks per video (first 2-3 seconds matter most) Raw footage + optional edited versions
