This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.
What you do:
Collaborate with marketing team members on the vision and approach to video projects, including ideation, concepting, and storyboarding. Assist in the production of creative, high-quality videos for internal and external audiences using a variety of camera, audio, lighting, and studio equipment. Edit captured video and audio materials to produce finished content. Utilize motion graphics and visual effects to enhance videos. Implement edit requests from team members, project owners, and business partners. Archive and audit video assets for organization and efficiency. Stay current on video marketing trends.What you bring:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. 0-2 years of related experience required. Previous videography experience preferred. A detail-oriented approach to projects and initiatives. Experience using and carefully handling video and photographic equipment. Experience using video and animation software, such as the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition) or similar families of software. An ability to learn and use technology, including video recording equipment and software. Cooperation and collaboration with team members and project managers. This includes receiving feedback and making negotiations or compromises when appropriate.What we offer:
