Videographer Trusted Mortgage Capital Irvine, CA Job Details Contract $26.93 - $60.00 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Photography Video shooting Content creation Corporate photography projects Full Job Description About The Role We're looking for a creative videographer/content creator to capture high-performing social media content for a fast-growing mortgage brand. This role is ideal for someone already freelancing, building a portfolio, or looking to add consistent monthly work without committing to a traditional full-time position. You'll primarily create short-form vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms. Occasional long-form content may be requested. This is a contract position with flexibility to maintain other clients and commitments. What You'll Do Capture video content during scheduled shoots (typically ~1 shoot per week initially) Film short-form social content including talking-head videos, behind-the-scenes, educational content, lifestyle content, and brand storytelling Follow provided content briefs, strategy outlines, and creative direction Organize footage and upload deliverables to shared folders in a timely manner Collaborate through Slack with marketing leadership and team members Occasionally assist with simple edits, shot selection, or creative input Contribute ideas that improve performance and content quality What We Provide We aim to make this role straightforward and efficient. Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: Have experience filming social media content Understand Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube content trends Know how to capture engaging footage for modern brands Are reliable and communicate well Can work independently Have creative intuition and problem-solving ability Own professional or prosumer camera equipment (mirrorless preferred) Have experience with mortgage, real estate, finance, or personal brand content (plus but not required) Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Social media videography Short-form content creation Reels/TikTok production Personal branding content Podcast filming YouTube production Real estate or mortgage marketing Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Compensation & Growth This role starts as project-based work with potential for: Increased shoot frequency Higher compensation Expanded responsibilities Opportunities across additional brands and businesses Strong performance can lead to significantly more recurring work.
