POSITION OVERVIEW

Do you have a passion for cinematic storytelling? Does capturing movement, emotion, and elegance through a lens get you out of bed in the morning? Are you a self-starter who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment? If so, Rivendale Homes Texas may be the place for you. As our full-time Videographer & Video Content Creator, you will be the visual voice of Rivendale Homes. You'll work directly with leadership and the marketing team to produce video content that showcases our luxury new-construction homes across YouTube, social media platforms, and beyond. This is not basic event-recap work — this is brand-building at the highest level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production

• Capture high-end, luxury new-construction homes with a cinematic eye
• Film elegant home tours, client testimonials, and brand storytelling content
• Operate gimbal, drone (Part 107 certification a plus), and professional camera systems
• Scout locations, coordinate shoots, and manage all on-site production logistics
• Collect b-roll footage and assist with staging and set preparation Post-Production
• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook
• Produce long-form YouTube videos (approximately 3-6 per month)
• Deliver cinematic transitions, color grading, pacing, music selection, and sound design
• Develop ad creative content for paid social and digital campaigns
• Upload, optimize, and report on YouTube channel performance
• Leverage AI tools to streamline editing workflows and enhance production quality Content Volume Expectations
• 8-10 short-form social media videos per month
• 3-6 long-form YouTube videos per month
• Coming soon, house tour and open house feature videos on a rolling basis
• Event and milestone recap edits delivered within 48-72 hours
• Ad creative as needed Collaboration & Strategy
• Partner with leadership and the marketing team on content strategy and priorities
• Manage the full production lifecycle: pre-production through publication
• Assist with social sharing and community engagement on all video platforms
• Coach and put team members at ease when appearing on camera
• Stay current on platform trends, video SEO, and emerging technologies; track video performance analytics and use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategy

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary:

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Motion for graphics and titles
• Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting techniques, and audio recording
• Solid grasp of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling principles
• Experience with drone operation (FAA Part 107 certification preferred)
• Familiarity with gimbal operation and professional camera rigs
• Experience with AI-powered editing tools (Adobe Sensei, Descript, or similar) is a strong plus
• Knowledge of YouTube optimization, video SEO, and social-platform best practices
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for thumbnails and overlays is a plus
