About Us Jacket Nation Sports and LEBtv are building something different. Jacket Nation Sports covers Lebanon Yellowjacket athletics like a modern digital media outlet. Live streams, highlights, interviews, social content… all focused on giving local athletes and programs real attention. LEBtv is the content and marketing side. We work with local businesses, podcasts, and community stories to help them show up consistently and actually get seen. This isn't a "show up and clock in" role. This is a "be part of building something people actually care about" role. What You'll Do Create video content for social media, businesses, and community storytelling (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Film interviews with athletes, coaches, business owners, and local guests Capture behind-the-scenes moments, highlights, and day-to-day content Edit short-form and long-form videos (highlights, promos, podcasts) Assist with podcast production and multi-camera setups Organize footage and maintain clean project files Support content shoots through LEBtv when needed Set up and help operate live productions… including streaming local high school sports on Jacket Nation Sports What We're Looking For Someone who actually enjoys sports and storytelling Basic experience with a camera (Sony preferred but not required) Editing experience (DaVinci Resolve preferred, Premiere is fine too) Understanding of social media content (what works, what doesn't) Reliable, shows up on time, communicates well Willing to learn and get better every week You don't have to be perfect. But you do have to care. Bonus If You Have experience with live streaming or OBS/vMix Know how to capture clean audio (huge plus) Can move fast with short-form edits Have your own gear (not required, but helpful) Have an eye for framing and storytelling, not just "record and dump" What You'll Get Real-world reps, fast A portfolio that actually means something Opportunities to work on podcasts, sports, and local business content Flexible schedule around games and shoots A chance to grow with something that's gaining traction in the community Schedule Expectations Evenings and some weekends (based on sports schedule) Flexible editing hours outside of shoots
