Job Description

Direct all video and film operations within the men's basketball program. Ensure all basketball activities are recorded properly and distributed to coaching staff. Adhere to all NCAA rules and regulations Assist in scouting operations and game plan execution, including gathering scouting materials, distributing material to coaching staff, and aiding coaching staff with forming game plans throughout the season. Ensure all scouts, game plans, and coaching materials are stored properly throughout the year to ensure data is preserved. (25%) Ensure the filing and storing of all basketball activities throughout the year, including practices, games, and workout sessions. Distribute footage to all members of the coaching staff. Work with support staff to assist in filming operations. (25%) Organize and operate all in-game video operations. Ensure film is delivered accurately and without delay to the bench to ensure coaching challenges can be viewed properly. Distribute video game materials to coaching staff after completion of each game. (20%) Assist with all aspects of self-scouting and analytics operation within Men's Basketball, including tracking and storing of all practice and game data, analyzing data for each player, and producing reports for coaching staff to evaluate current state of individual players and the team. (20%) Gather all necessary footage and materials for recruits. Aid coaching staff in evaluations and recruiting decision making. Store all video and materials related to recruiting. (10%)
MARGINAL DUTIES
Perform all other duties as may be required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. Less than one year of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Ability to present data and ideas clearly and adapt communication style when working with coaching staff, administration, and players. Strong attention to detail Strong time management skills and the ability to work with tight turnarounds. Strong work ethic. Ability to work as a member of a team. Weekend and evening work required Travel required
