• assembling and operating the camera package
• testing sound levels
• hauling grip gear
• adjusting lights
• ingesting cards
• pulling focus
• operating a livestream control room
• taking part in post-production from cutting to sound
• design to color grading and even social media community management There are three notable productions planned that require extra hands: a high production value political commentary series, a podcast, and a fashion commercial starring Zanny Vantova — a model, actress, and entrepreneur with over 600,000 followers across platforms — slated for the fall along with separate acting experiments.

All of these will be done independently and informally via intimate, skeletal crews with plenty of patience for training inexperienced workers; however, we do prefer to collaborate with individuals who atleast have theoretical knowledge and a deep study of the craft, specifically with an emphasis on cinematography, video editing, and color grading (Da Vinci Resolve). What interns stand to gain from this opportunity is hands-on experience working with cinematic equipment valued at tens of thousands of dollars — gear such as RED cameras, top-shelf lighting kits, big diffusion frames, flags, bounces, et cetera — which they'll be able to use in order to build their portfolios with collaborations they can showcase later in their careers. Should the chemistry be present and we enjoy working together, we are also more than open to offering full-time employment as these productions scale and a more consistent schedule is established — with the intention of creating episodes on a weekly basis years into the future. At that stage, salaries will be negotiated as more details become clear; until then, your involvement will be part-time and flexible, but you will be expected to be reliable in terms of availability given adequate notice and coordination. Our flagship long-term project is an original high fantasy franchise titled The Four Quarters — a large-scale universe developed over more than a decade, with over two million words of lore, worldbuilding, and narrative development including maps and languages. The franchise draws inspiration from works such as The Lord of the Rings and A Song of Ice and Fire, while incorporating storytelling elements from Jungian psychology, grounded character drama, mythological structure, and cinematic sensibilities inspired by filmmakers such as Christopher Nolan, Quentin Tarantino, and Martin Scorsese.
