Videographer / Content Creator Immediate Hiring

One Purpose VA is a growing community-based organization focused on empowering individuals with developmental disabilities through real-world community engagement. We are expanding our brand and looking for a creative videographer to help capture and tell our story through engaging, high-quality content. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Videographer / Content Creator to join our team immediately. In this role, you will produce engaging visual content that strengthens our brand presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for capturing real-life moments, crafting compelling stories, and showcasing the impact of our services through video and photography. This is a paid, contract-based position offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your creativity can make a real impact. Schedule Flexible based on content needs Primarily Monday - Friday Occasional evenings or weekends as needed Compensation $300 per day (trial rate) Based on up to 8-hour shoot day

Growth Opportunity:

Increase to $400-$500 per day based on performance, consistency, and quality Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content aligned with brand goals Manage all aspects of production: pre-production, filming, and post-production Capture engaging content during community outings, activities, and events Create social media content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, promotional videos) Utilize editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop , or similar software Develop motion graphics, basic animations, and visual enhancements when needed Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm and execute content ideas Organize and maintain digital assets, footage, and project files Stay up to date with industry trends and social media content styles Expected Deliverables (Per Shoot Day) 3-5 short-form videos (social media ready) 1 highlight or recap video (if applicable) All raw footage from the shoot Requirements Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation Ability to shoot high-quality footage (camera or high-end smartphone) Strong understanding of social media content trends Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability Preferred Experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) Experience with color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics Skilled in photography and working with professional equipment Experience creating content for brands or businesses Comfortable working in community-based environments

$250.00 - $500.00 per day
